vander.jpegKim Vanderveer LAc returns for another segment using simple exercises, movement and short meditation to help release stress that is held in our bodies. Vanderveer will begin with a review of the exercises learned in her first workshop and follow-up with several short meditations.

Vanderveer has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine professionally since 1998. Acupuncture is traditionally used to treat a large range of ailments including pain management or trauma from injuries, illnesses, or chronic and acute conditions. She uses acupuncture to unblock channels for a smooth flow of vital qi and substance in the body.
