On Wednesday June 20, the class will be held in Schulz, Room 1121 from 9:00 - 11:30a.m.
To enroll in the class, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond with a confirmation of class enrollment. Please keep in mind that the class may fill quickly and we will schedule more classes in the future.
After attending the class, employees may also elect to request a one-on-one, 30 minute session in the afternoon with a CalPERS representative, for individual personalized assistance with completing the retirement application. These sessions are available only by appointment. Please bring your CalPERS estimate to the appointment. If a CalPERS estimate is needed, the booklets are available from the Payroll and Benefits Office. Please contact me directly by email, email@example.com, or x4-2178 to make arrangements. We are evaluating each request for the one-on-one sessions to determine priority and appreciate your patience while we make arrangements. Each individual will be contacted by email or phone with specific details for the date, time, and location for their 30 minute session.
If you are unable to attend one of these classes, you may wish to access all the class information using the CalPERS On-Line Education Tool through the My CalPERS website, at https://my.calpers.ca.gov.
