FINANCIAL REPORT

· Melissa presented the budget. The total expenses are $10,246.66. The total income is $6,209.46. We are currently working at a deficit

· STT voted to donate $300 to the Pinning Ceremony club

· Check for Kathleen for $1,000 or receipts (not discussed)

· Kaiser’s money has been sent

· Funds have been transferred to Redwood Credit Union

EBP WORKSHOP

· Discussion has been tabled until next meeting

NEWSLETTER AND WEBSITE

· Nicole is still in the process of updating the STT website

· Information about the new Leadership scholarships will be put on the bulletin board of the nursing homepage

NEW SCHOLARSHIPS: Criteria and application agreed on by the committee

· Discussion and voting on scholarships will happen at the May 23^rd BM

· Recipients will be informed by the end of May

· Application information and criteria will be available on the SSU nursing website

· Ask Becky to email applications to SSU nursing students

15^th ANNIVERSARY FUNDRAISER: Letter mailed next week included scholarship information

Next Board Meeting: May 23^rd
