Treasurer Report

Will be sent the Board Members via the E group.

Student Organization

In order for the chapter to be considered a student organization there must be a student as president. Tim has agreed to be president in name only so the paperwork will be meet the qualifications to maintain our campus organization status.

Professional Development
Conference

Any Board members who can attend the Conference will receive $100 for 2-day attendance or $50 for 1 day attendance. The meeting is February 23rd and 24th in San Francisco. Next meeting will see who can go.

Applications

Applications were distributed and may be given to community members who qualify for membership.

Mentoring

We need to formalize what the mentoring process will be. Possibly as each person submits their mini resume they can define what their interests are and what they would like to mentor, as well as, discuss the commitment and the arrangements

Membership

There are 178 active members. How can we draw them back into the organization? The newsletter could Ask members what they want from the chapter. It could be used as a vehicle to inform about the International plan. Perhaps our chapter could identify to International where changes need to be made to attract members back into the organization.

January Retreat

The date has been changed to January 20th. It will be from 9:30 to 14:00 at Sandra's house with lunch.

Newsletter Deadline

February 2nd for the Spring newsletter and June 1st for the Summer newsletter.

Spring Dinner

February 28th is the date for the dinner. Places are still being discussed. They include Fountain Grove, Double Tree, Sonoma County Hilton, Joseph's, and River House which will be the 1st choice if possible.

Newsletter

The meeting ended with the folding of the newsletter; fun was had by all!
