STTI Lambda Gamma Board Meeting

I. Approval of the Sept 20^th Minutes

II. Financial Report

· A review of our account balances through the month of November

· Our Pay Pal account is now active and available to use through our website

III. Evidenced Based Practice Plan:

· Event will take place May 8^th 2007, at the Finely Center in Santa Rosa

· Capacity will allow up to 300 people

· Keynote speaker will be Nancy Donaldson of UCSF

· Pam Belleue and Anita Catlin will also speak

· STT needs to Network with Local hospitals for poster presentations

IV. Report from Publicity committee:

· Flyer for next dinner meeting will need to include advertisement for our raffle of gift themed gift baskets

V. Newsletter/Website

· No report

VI. Board Vacancies f/u:

· Undergraduate Representative will be Ginelle Nelson

· Corresponding Secretary will be Ginelle Nelson

· Awards Chair will be Anita Catlin

· Director at large will be Janet Sork

VII. Report on Fundraising Progress

· The committee will brainstorm ideas for the up coming Spring dinner meeting raffle. At our next board meeting the committee will assign members to different basket themes for the raffle

IX. SSU Charter explanation

· STTI will no longer be chartered through the CSU system. SSUs Nursing club will now charter STTI.

· The nursing club will reserve the Cooperage for the upcoming induction
