Students are in Good Hands

Sonoma State University is highly regarded in both academics and in student support services. The academic programs are strong; faculty/student interactions lead to positive academic experiences and often to undergraduate research opportunities; the campus itself is park-like, with lush greenery and beautiful lawns; and campus housing is well above standard. Students in the relatively small and safe community at Sonoma State are proud to be there. The University’s goal is to help students achieve success in their academic careers.

What we accomplish here on behalf of students and the people of California is important, relevant, and consequential. Each and every student will contribute to the fabric of the state. There is no better path to stability than through education.
