Summary of Learning and Evaluation of Participation Review the learning objectives for the course, and reflect on what you have done in the learning activities throughout the 6 units of the course. Go back and look over the postings in the threaded-discussion forums for Units 1 through 6. Be sure to review what you discovered (or already knew) about your learning style. Refer back to the "20 Questions" that we talked about at the beginning of the course. Reflect on what you have learned from this course and from doing the online learning activities. Put your thoughts in writing in a "two-three page paper". Points that you might consider include: What worked really well for you in this course? What could have worked better for you in this course? What are the learning highlights of the course? What will you remember from it a year from now? How has the process for your learning in this course fit with your learning style? What did it feel like to be in the student role again? ...and to be graded for your work? How will you apply online teaching and learning in your teaching practice? (Or if you're already doing online T and L, what will you do differently?) What have you learned about applying the "20 Questions" to your online teaching and learning? Are you satisfied with what you put into this course and what you got out of it? Would you have done anything differently this semester? How did you contribute not only to your own learning but to the learning of others? To what degree did you take a leadership role in the discussions and assignments? Share your reflections with others in your group if you are doing this lesson as part of a course. Post your essay in the forum for "Summary of Learning" Post any last comments here, and don't forget to say "goodbye." Respond to the reflections and comments of others.
