Music Department Collage Concert
Ives Concert Hall 119
Collage is a most effective vehicle for showcasing ensemble playing of our gifted students at SSU Department of Music. The concert will feature students from all areas of the department.
To describe Collage as breath-taking is putting it mildly. Collage is a study in juxtaposition – large ensembles give way to soloists, 17th-century music is followed by jazz, chamber music precedes the choir. The concert consists of fast-moving segments, performed without applause breaks. Attending Collage will leave you exhilarated and exhausted.
