What I Do at SSU
My areas of responsibility include marketing, advertising and promoting all programming for the Center For Performing Arts during the academic year. During the summer months, I shift roles and play an integral part in marketing, media relations and development of the Green Music Festival. I also oversee the functioning of our House and Box Office staff.
My Bio
BA in Journalism, and minor studies in theatre and advertising. Arizona State University
Mr. Kleinschmidt has been in the entertainment industry in San Francisco since 1979. He has worked on more than 10 Commercial Theatre Productions, in the dance world for the San Francisco Ballet, in cabaret with “Beach Blanket Babylon,” in the non-profit sector with the Magic Theatre, and in the music field with the all male vocal ensemble Chanticleer. Besides his work with the University, he serves as Executive Director of the San Francisco Choral Society, a 175-voice chorus.
