What I Do at SSU
I teach contact improvisation to adventurous students and contemporary technique to dance majors. I get out of the city buzz a couple days a week and seek out some fine reading and daydreaming spots near the pond.

In 2005 Scott Wells received San Francisco’s most prestigious choreography award: The Isadora Duncan Award for Outstanding Choreography and was selected by Dance Magazine as one of the 25 To Watch. He teaches dance technique and is recognized worldwide as a leading teacher of Contact Improvisation. He has recently taught and performed in Ankara, Turkey, Halifax, Canada, at Impultanz in Vienna, and in Budapest, Berlin, Graz, Munich and Rome.
