The Donor Management Coordinator (DMC) is responsible for the creation and maintenance of donor records, the processing of donations, the generation of donor correspondence and the production of financial and management reports involving donations. The DMC also provides administrative support to development team members and performs a variety of general administrative tasks. The DMC regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment and often executes assignments under minimal supervision.

Under the supervision of the Kids First Program Manager, the Kids First Family Advocate will facilitate the Infant/Toddler group during Kids First sessions, assist in guiding formerly homeless parents in identifying the needs of their children and how to meet those needs, supporting parents in understanding child development, collaborating with Case Managers in problem solving around family issues in COTS homes and maintaining client records.
