Welcome University Instructors
The SSU Preserves encourage field trips from classes from all disciplines, colleges, and universities. If you have your own curriculum and would like to use the Preserve as an outdoor classroom, just make a reservation or contact us for a pre-trip tour.
We are also interested in working with you to develop service-learning opportunities and class projects with your students within your discipline. We engage faculty and students in all aspects of running and managing our preserves and have worked with instructors to create class projects in business, engineering, art, performing arts, and other disciplines.
