Habitat Tolerances of Aquatic Invasive Plants

2012-present

Creeping water-primrose (Lugwigia exapetala) and cattails trap sediments and can cause declines in native species. How can we design channels to create conditions that do not favor these species? Under what range of conditions can other species out-compete ludwigia?

This project is in development (Fall 2012).
