The Organization Development Masters Program at Sonoma State helped me build the intellectual, emotional and technical foundation I needed to go out and begin working with client groups. The curriculum and hands on fieldwork enhanced my professional skills and my personal life was enriched by the programís focus on interpersonal relationships.
