We have considered the possibility of an on-line degree at Sonoma State. Our program provides very rich and intensive coaching on interpersonal competence, group facilitation, and consulting skills. It would be difficult to match that in an on-line format. It may be feasible, though, to offer a single course as a general orientation to the concepts and methods relevant to organization development and redesign. I'd be interested in others' views about this possibility.
