Summer Institute - 2001

This Summer a group of teachers and educators participated in a 5-week long Fulbright Hays sponsored "Study Abroad to Brazil" Program in Aracaju, Brazil. The program included formal course study on Brazil's history, sociology, and culture. It also included home stays, field trips, observations in Aracaju elementary and secondary schools, development of instructional materials, and development of connections with schools and teachers in both countries.
