Subject: Residents Leaving Vehicles on Campus during Winter Break
Date: November 26, 2008
Permission must be obtained from Police Services to temporarily store a vehicle on campus over the winter break. This allows Police and Parking services to contact owners in the event of vehicle damage or other issues.
Residents seeking authorization to store a vehicle must contact Police Services at (707) 664-2143 or by email at parking@sonoma.edu. The email must include the following information:
- Name of resident
- Contact phone number during break
- License plate number of vehicle
- Make, model and color of vehicle
- Location of vehicle
- Dates resident wishes to store the vehicle on campus
All vehicles stored on campus over the break must display a Spring 2009 parking pass. Fall 2008 parking permits expire January 5, 2009. Spring 2009 parking permits go on sale in Customer Services on Thursday, December 11. Vehicles remaining on campus without a valid spring parking permit are subject to citation.
