Internship Description
Job Title: Community Capacity Building Analyst
Compensation: unpaid
Internship Length: 2 semester
Hours Per Week: 1-5

Focus: Education, Human Resource Management, Outreach, Research
Setting: Community Agency
Duties:Analyze, collate data and prepare suggested next steps for training and technical assistance including governance and leadership development for nonprofit agencies in Sonoma County.
Qualifications:Ability to conduct interviews of nonprofit leaders and staff: enter, collate and analyze information and prepare recommendations.
Additional Information: This program works to support nonprofits in our community in order to improve their efficiency in providing social services and to improve their sustainability over time. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the breadth and diversity of nonprofit activities in Sonoma County and how to better strengthen the safety net in our community.
