Job Title: Intern/trainee (3 Internships available)

Internship Length: 1 semester minimum

Duties: Interns may help with referrals and case management/advocacy. May assist with groups or work one on one with children while parents are receiving services. May help with class set up and some administrative duties. Also may do follow up phone calls to help research quality and effectiveness of services. Interns interested in agency outreach are welcomed - this would provide an opportunity at community events to let professionals and families know more about how to access our services.
Qualifications: Experience and/or maturity; ability and patience to work with challenging clients who may be in crisis; willingness to learn about community resources. Must be reliable and organized. Bilingual, Spanish-speaking a plus.
Additional Information: May also work at our counseling agency.
