Job Title: Behavioral Health Trainee
Compensation: unpaid
Amount/Type: Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team model; practice and implement intervention strategies.
Internship Length: 1 year
Hours Per Week: 6-10

Duties: Weekly participation in a child development setting, interfacing with low income families, support social/emotional curriculum. Can be somewhat tailored to meet the requirements of the University.
Qualifications: Interest in one of the program service areas (i.e. Health, Mental Health, Dental, Nutrition and Education).
Additional Information: Child Start has a variety of focus areas, but there is certainly emphasis on mental wellness. We pride ourselves on having a holistic approach.
