Job Title: Direct Care Staff
Compensation: paid
Amount/Type: $9.50 hour
Internship Length: 1 year
Hours Per Week: varies from 6-10, 10-15, or 15+

Duties: Direction and implementing of training and behavior plans. Data recording, medication dispensation, self care assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, outings in the community and assisting program coordinator with related household tasks.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented team player, good communication and organizational skills. Experience with or desire to work with adults with special needs. Ability to follow through with directions given and face challenging behavior with consistent follow through.
