Duties: Work with veterans in our Santa Rosa office and Petaluma veterans home. Help veterans develop an Individual Service Plan to overcome life barriers. Assess participant suitability for program enrollment and services. Facilitiate weekly living skill classes and/or other therapeutic groups. Outreach to commiunity service providers and connect verterans with local resources.
Qualifications: Ability to work with a diverse group of veterans. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude. Experience working in case management, homeless services, veterans services, and/or substance abuse treatment.
