Job Title: Aide for Autistic Young Adult Female
Compensation: paid
Amount/Type: $10 or more depending on experience. Compensation for gas and incidental expenses on outings.
Internship Length: 1 semester, long-term/continuous
Hours Per Week: 6-10

Duties: Carry out therapeutic program of life skills and self help with a teenage girl diagnosed with autism. Assist & provide structured activities that include community outings, exercise, life & self-help skill building. Ability to provide direction & support w/ communication, behavior, & personal care needs.
Qualifications: Must have some familiarity with special needs & understanding of autism, along w/ a positive attitude & patient nature.
