Research Opportunity with Migrant Education Program

The Migrant Education Advisor Program, a collaborative (academic and social mentoring) advising program between SSU, Migrant Education and local school districts, is looking for a Ph.D.-level faculty member to produce their 06-07 (yearly) program evaluation. The yearly program evaluation, which has been completed for each of the programs's 12 years of existence, is based on migrant student pre- and post-surveys.

Compensation (confirmed by way of a Memo of Understanding with SSU) for the project ranges from $2,000.00 to $5,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience.

2007/08 Summer Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity Project (RSCAP) Mini-Grant Proposals are due in the ORSP office, Stevenson 1050, by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
