How to Improve E-mail Performance

The current e-mail system is experiencing occasional overload. Employees can help, says Don Lopez, Director of Computer Operations, by quitting e-mail when they don't need it. Plans to upgrade the campus e-mail system components are under way. The inconvenience is regretted, he says.
