A Bird in the Hand
A new Professor of Eggonomics showed up at the School of Business and Economics a few
months ago thanks to the generosity of Jim Ford and Library Dean Barbara Butler.
The couple sponsored the purchase of the Woodstock statue as part of the City of
Santa Rosa "Summer of Woodstock" tribute to cartoonist Charles Schulz
and donated it to the campus. It was the second Woodstock statue donated. The other
came from Shirley Spencer and was entitled "Learn to Fly."
