American Red Cross Looking
for Education Heroes From SSU

Whether it's a compassionate counselor or an exceptional educator, an inspiring administrator or a creative coach, the Red Cross wants to hear about education heroes at SSU for its 2007 Real Heroes campaign.

This powerful event honors Sonoma and Mendocino County heroes who have selflessly helped others during the past year. Anyone in the education community who has taken action to help others or has consistently shown an extraordinary gift for human compassion will be considered as reflecting the values and principles of the American Red Cross. Deadline for nominations is Feb. 28.

The campaign culminates in the Sonoma County Chapter of the American Red Cross host the Real Heroes Breakfast on Wednesday, April 25 at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa.

Full nomination details, including all the categories and the nomination form, are available at sonomacounty.redcross.org. Details on last year's heroes can be found at Real Heroes 2007.
