The Campus Recreation Massage Center is now offering low-cost massage therapy to faculty and staff who are members of the Student Recreation Center, says Erin A. Beeman, Massage Coordinator, Campus Recreation. Cost is $25 for 30 minutes; $45 for 1 hour; $65 for one and a half hours.

Chair massage sessions are now available on-site for those that cannot come into the Rec Center. Cost is $1 a minute.

Therapists on the massage team have professional training and a great deal of experience in the field, says Beeman. They offer many types of massage including Swedish, Shiatsu (Acupressure), Sports Massage, Reiki (Energy Work), and Prenatal Massage.

a Future Trip?

A large supply of brochures from a variety of tour operators has just arrived at the Travel Center in the Student Union next to the bank. Trips range from family eco-cruises in Costa Rica to camel fairs in Rajasthan or farmstays in Tuscany. There are over a hundred trip ideas.

Many have a culture or nature emphasis, either an active or relaxed pace, and range from deluxe to budget. The Experience! Travel Center invites you to drop by soon and pick up some of these colorful itineraries.

Call Laurie Lubeck at 4-3400 or (707) 792-0961 for further information. "There is still time to book winter break travel," she says. "January and February are an optimal time to start arranging summer trips."
