Letitia Coate has been promoted to Associate Vice President for Administration and Finance. She has worked on campus for the past fourteen years and currently serves as the Senior Director for Financial Services and University Controller. In addition, Letitia has been actively involved with SSU campus-based auxiliary organizations serving as Executive Director of the Associated Students Incorporated between 1991 and 1995 and Chief Financial Officer for both the SSU Academic Foundation and the Sonoma State Enterprises since 1995. In addition, Letitia has extensive experience with grants and contracts post-award administration, campus-based ancillary services, and the management of internal and external audits. Letitia holds an undergraduate degree in management from Sonoma State University and is a certified public accountant.

Neil Markley was recently named Senior Director for Entrepreneurial Activities and has worked on campus for the past seven years, most recently as Director of Conferences, Events, and Catering. Markley has been actively involved in the development of the faculty/staff housing program, the various entrepreneurial activities associated with the Green Music Center and the on-going development of our student residential community with particular emphasis on new entrepreneurial activities in that area of campus operations. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration as well as an MBA, both from Sonoma State University.
