Scare Up Some Fun at SSU's Annual
Halloween Contest and Party
Halloween is just around the corner, and it's time again to dust off your most festive attire and get ready for SSU's annual Halloween Party and Costume Contest, scheduled at noon on Monday, Oct. 31 in the Commons. Attendees are strongly encouraged to come in costume to help celebrate the spirit of the day and join in the traditional “Parade of Costumes” and costume judging on the Commons stage.
Skits are also welcome, but will be held to a strict time limit of three minutes in order to give everyone who wishes to participate the chance to compete. Categories for the costume contest include Scariest, Funniest, Best Couple/Group, Most Original, and Best Overall. Questions regarding this year's Halloween celebration may be directed to Tracy Goodman, Customer Services Representative, at 4-4248, or in-person in Salazar 1000.
