Flu Vaccine Still Available

After reconciling with Sonoma County public health needs, the Student Health Center has 60 remaining doses of influenza vaccine for SSU students, staff and faculty. "We will not be able to acquire any additional vaccine once these supplies are used up and we want to make sure folks have had an opportunity to be immunized before this winter's flu bug hits," says medical director Georgia Schwartz. It takes about 10-14 days to develop immunity. Contact or visit the Student Health Center, 4-2921, for information. Drop-ins are on a space and vaccine available basis. Cost is: students $15, staff and faculty $25.
