Get Connected to PeopleSoft Self-Service

In a continued effort to enhance services to employees, Human Services is implementing the first phase of employee self-service through PeopleSoft. Employees can access and maintain personal information and expedite changes online. Updates to addresses, phone numbers and emergency contact information can be changed immediately. In addition, self-service allows a view of education history and e-mail addresses. PeopleSoft self-service is available 24 hours a day from any PC or Mac. Employees are encouraged to review personal information when they receive the instructions that will be sent to the campus via e-mail on Thursday, Jan. 12. Change in Mileage Reimbursement
Rate to 44.5 Cents

The CSU travel procedures have been revised with regard to the mileage reimbursement rate. Standard business mileage reimbursement rate is 44.5 cents per mile effective January 1, 2006. In September, the IRS raised the rate for business miles to 48.5 cents per mile in response to a sharp increase in gas prices. However, the lower 2006 mileage rate reflects that gas prices have dropped. Questions regarding travel procedures may be directed to Customer Services, 4-2308.
