Human Subjects Workshop - On Tuesday, April 4 from noon to 1 p.m. in Schulz 1121, Duane Dove, Chair of SSU's Institutional Review Board, presents a faculty workshop on Protection of the Rights of Human Subjects, a session on the use of human subjects in research, the role of the Institutional Review Board, and the responsibility of Principle Investigators. Student Learning Outcomes and Assessment Workshops - Academic Affairs and the Center for Teaching and Professional Development have scheduled a series of six workshops on assessment of student learning. Departments are encouraged to send teams of faculty to one or more of the workshops. Faculty should sign up for these workshops immediately through Elaine Sundberg at elaine.sundberg@sonoma.edu.
