Champagne Tasting Featured at
Fridays at Four Holiday Edition Today
As the semester winds to a close, Fridays at Four is here with its best offering yet featuring the first ever champagne tasting at 4 p.m. in the University Club. All of the food is free and a cash bar is available.
Take a look at the menu:
° A mini-seafood bar featuring oysters, scallops, prawns and lobster with lemongrass, ginger, cocktail sauce, butter, garlic and fresh herbs
° Mini potatoes with caviar
°Assorted fruits and cheeses
° Assorted truffles including chocolate, hazelnut and peppermint
° Fig and goat cheese spanikopita
° Lobster flan with cognac

Reception Today for Faculty and Student Life
The Associated Students, Inc., the Sonoma Student Union Corporation and the Center for Student Leadership, Involvement and Service invites all faculty to join them to learn how to work together to offer students the best in curricular and co-curricular experiences. Today's Workshop Looks Back
at Fall Teaching Experience
Faculty are invited and encouraged to attend the next Professional Development Series workshop called "Looking Back, Looking Forward: Reflections and Discussions on Teaching, Fall 06" from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1 in Schulz 1121. Participants will share and reflect on classroom practices that have been effective or need improvement and should bring one assignment/assessment/activity that has "worked" and one that has "not worked" in the classroom. Participants will also brainstorm ideas with peers in order to modify teaching practices prior to planning spring syllabi and course outlines.
