Facilities Management
The Facilities Management Department spent the summer hard at work, upgrading and improving campus facilities, pathways, and parking lots. It has always been Facilities Management’s primary purpose to provide a safe, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment in support of the University’s Mission. Not only have there been changes on the campus, but there have been changes in the leadership team at Facilities Management. Christopher Dinno has assumed the responsibility as Senior Director for Facilities Management, which includes responsibilities for Capital Planning, Design, and Construction (CPDC).

Christopher Dinno, Senior Director for Facilities Management:
Has leadership responsibility for all aspects of the development and maintenance of the University’s facilities services program including the campus utilities, maintenance program, engineering services, grounds, landscape activities, custodial and housekeeping services, Capital Planning, Design, and Construction and Environmental, Health, and Safety. Responsible to ensure all University facilities are maintained in a physically and fiscally responsible manner per the Campus Delegation of Authority as the Campus Building Official and Executive Dean that all facilities and projects are in compliance per the California Building Code, Americans with Disabilities Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Regional Local County Health Department.
