Online Giving Now Available
On Nov. 10, SSU joined ranks with all the other CSU’s and went live with online giving capability. Online donors are a key growth segment for the University. According to Allison Van Diest, marketing manager for Blackbaud, the average online donor gives more initially and over their lifetime than a conventional donor.
In just one month SSU has received online donations from 22 donors.
- 18 are SSU alum
- 15 were contacted through our current Annual Fund drive
- 4 live out of state
- 3 increased their gifts from their past SSU giving
- 8 had never given before

School of Education Slates Credential Ceremonies
The School of Education Credential Ceremonies are in Evert B. Person Theatre at 5:00 p.m. on Tues., Dec. 16 for the Single Subject and Special Education programs, and on Wed., Dec. 17 for the Multiple Subject Program and the Reading and Language Program. All credential candidates receive a Certificate of Program completion.

Welcoming remarks will be by Dr. Mary Gendernalik-Cooper, Dean of the School of Education. She will be joined on Dec. 16 by President Ruben Armiñana and on Dec. 17 by Matthew Lopez-Phillips, Vice-President of Student Affairs.
