CATS Online Conference

Last year, the CSU's Community of Academic Technology Staff (CATS) held its annual conference at Sonoma State. This year the conference is being held online from Wed., May 6 through Fri., May 8. The conference focuses on the major themes, issues, topics, and technological and educational advances influencing the direction of academic technology. Conference goals include providing useful information and training about current and emerging technologies. There is no cost to attend. Computer LabTechnology Drop-In Series

The University Library continues to present the Technology Drop-In Series, featuring workshops on Powerpoint, Photoshop, scanning and iMovie/iDVD. The workshops take place from noon-1 p.m. in Schulz 2016C. The workshop schedule can be found on the library website. No sign up is necessary - just show up!

Students, faculty and staff are also invited to drop by the weekly Open Tech Lab in Schulz 2016C from noon-1 p.m., where a library technology consultant will be on hand to answer questions about Powerpoint, iMovie, scanning, Photoshop and more. The Open Tech Lab schedule can also be found on the library website.
