Victor Daniels and Wife Kooch Release New Book, "Matrix Meditations"
Victor Daniels, psychology, and his wife Kooch N. Daniels have
just completed an unusual new book titled "Matrix Meditations: A 16-Week
Program for Developing the Mind-Heart Connection." Released in July, it
offers systematic meditation instruction for both beginning and advanced
meditators, and also provides a unique structure for deep reflection on
life-events. In addition, it gives practical techniques for calming
and centering. More about it and the introduction, table of contents, and
sample chapters can be read at the Matrix Meditations website. The book is available at most local bookstores, as well as virtually all online booksellers.
A celebratory presentation and book signing takes place at Copperfield's Books in Sebastopol on Fri., Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. Victor Daniels, who is retiring after this semester, is SSU's longest-serving faculty member and was the first person to receive a 40-year service award from the University.
