Desktop Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Desktop Yoga continues to be offered during the spring semester on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05 to 12:55 p.m. in Ives 80. The class is free and open to faculty and staff. This class is suitable for people of all abilities, says instructor Kathleen Hardy. "A gentle yoga practice can improve your circulation, digestion, muscle tone, and concentration. Recent studies have even shown that people who regularly practice yoga tend to gain less weight as they age." For more information, contact Hardy at 4-2535 or kathleen.hardy@sonoma.edu.
Spring Fair Invites Faculty, Staff to Join a Club
The Spring Club Fair open to faculty and staff is set for Feb 6 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Mount Everest Gym at the Student Recreation Center. Very few clubs limit their membership to students only so faculty and staff may join in the fun. Club Fairs are opportunities for these student organizations to market themselves and recruit new members. The fairs are also excellent ways for students to learn about the variety of clubs and the opportunities to get involved on campus. The Center for Student Leadership, Involvement and Service, formerly the Office of Campus Life, is the home to more than 100 of these student clubs and organizations. In the fall, the CSLIS held two Club Fairs with more than 50 clubs and hundreds of students participating in each. For a complete list of student clubs on campus, visit http://www.sonoma.edu/campuslife/clubs/alpha.html.
InMotion Classes Offered Free Next Week

Current class schedules are available at the Recreation Center and can also be e-mailed or faxed. Contact 4-4FUN or rec.center@sonoma.edu for more information.
