Professional Announcements

Suzanne Toczyski, Modern Languages & Literatures, presented a paper entitled "Rodrigue's Balancing Act" during a round table discussion on Pierre Corneille's Le Cid at the annual meeting of the North American Society for Seventeenth-Century French Literature on May 10-13 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was present as well for the unveiling of the on-line version of French 17: An Annual Descriptive Bibliography of French Seventeenth-Century Studies, a journal Toczyski has edited for seven years. Issues from the past ten years of this prize-winning journal are being digitized by the Center for Digital Research in the Humanities at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and will be of tremendous value to the community of dix-septiémistes around the world.
