Job Fair Benefits Students and Departments

Career Services hosts an on-campus Job Fair this summer to connect campus departments with incoming freshman work-study Economic Opportunity Program students attending Summer Bridge. The event is on June 28, 12:30-1:30 p.m., in the Salazar quad. Expected to attend are 75 students, most of whom have significant work experience.

Reserve a table to represent individual departments for upcoming student job opportunities by June 18 by contacting Rebecca Tiemens. If space has already been reserved by phone, send a confirmation e-mail to Tiemens with contact information of the person who will be at the Fair. Questions can be directed to Tiemens at 4-2730.

Post student positions on SSU Job Connection, by going to www.sonoma.edu/sas/crc, and clicking on "Post a Job." For forgotten user name and password, e-mail Anne Greenblatt, Career Services Coordinator. Job Connection has been very successful, with more than 36,000 hits this past academic year.
