Sonoma State University Alumni Association and the Athletics Department host a special Fall Soccer Showcase Sunday, October 15 from 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. The SSU Cossacks face off against the Bakersfield Roadrunners. Admission is $3 per person which includes reserved seating in the Alumni section. Children under 12 are free. All Alumni Association members, faculty, staff, students, family and friends are invited. Call the Alumni Office at 707/664-2426 before October 9 to order tickets.
Free beverages and dessert, music, games and prizes are provided. Look for the tent in the parkway between the soccer field and Redwood Circle. Participants are encouraged to bring their own picnic lunch and stay all day for this doubleheader. The women's game starts at 12:30 p.m. and the men play at 3 p.m.
