1 ERD Deadline for New Spring 2014 students
1-18 "Advising Alert Weeks"
11 Veteran's Day (campus closed)
8 Last day to completely withdraw from the University (no refund)
8 Last day to Petition to Withdraw from a Class
9 - Dec 6 Withdrawing from the semester at this point follows same requirements as retroactive withdraw
11 Veteran's Day Observed
15 Spring 2014 Transfer Orientation
18 - Jan 1 Registration for Spring 2014 (by appointment only)
27 - 29 Thanksgiving holiday for Students - No classes the 27th, University closed 28th and 29th

1 Registration ends. Fee payment deadline (for students participating in registration from November 18 - January 1)
6 - 7 Registration closed for Financial Aid and Disenrollment processing
8 - 24 Late Registration and Add/Drop (no appointment required and a late fee will be charged)
9 Faculty Work Day: Faculty Retreat
10 Faculty Work Day: School and Department Meetings
12 Last day to cancel registration with full refund of fees
13 Instruction Begins
15 Scholarship Application deadline for Fall 2014
20 Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday (campus closed)
24 Last day to Add or register late
24 Last day to Drop
24 Last day to change from full time to part time status
24 Priority deadline to submit Contract Courses Note: Contract Courses submitted by January 24th should be added to schedule by Census
24 Late Registration and Add/Drop Fee Payment deadline. Students must file withdraw paperwork with Admissions and Records in order to be dropped from all classes; pro-rated cancellation charges will apply. Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal.
25 - February 7 Drop with a "W" - done on-line
February 7 Petition to Add with $20 Administrative Fee class (adding classes permitted because of serious and compelling reasons only)

1 Final deadline for graduation applications to be submitted for Spring 2014

7 Last day to add Contract Courses Note: Contract courses submitted after January 24th will appear on the student schedule in mid-March. 8
