Academic Requirements Report (ARR) for Faculty/Advisors
If you already know how to navigate to the ARR, jump to viewing Report Results..
From the Advisor Center, you can view the Academic Requirements Report (formerly known as the DPR). This report tracks the completion of all degree requirements.
1.) Log into MySSU
2.) From the Advisor Center, click on My Advisees/Drop-In Advisees
3.) You are now on the "My Advisees" page.
If your department assigns advisees, you will see a list of students displayed. If your department does not assign advisees, or you are meeting with a student that is not currently assigned to you, Click on View Data for Other Students
3a) For drop-in or unassigned advisees, click on View Data for Other Students and search for the student by name or student ID number.
3b) Assigned Advisees: For the assigned advisees that are showing in your list, click on View Student Details for your student. They are listed alphabetically by last name.
4.) You are now on the Advisee Student Center page
This page is similar to what the student sees when they login. Select Academic Requirements from the other academic drop-down menu to run the ARR, and then click the arrows button.
5.) At this point you can view your student's Academic Requirements Report.
