Reading Your Degree Progress Report
1. Student Summary Page
Click on the Degree Progress Report in the Student Summary page.

3. Status Icons and Enrollment Codes
Initial section of the Degree Progress Report explains its use and provides the key for the icons and codes used in the DA. See application of Degree Progress report Icons and Course Enrollment Codes below.
- Status icons let you know if you have completed individual requirements or groups of requirements. If you roll your mouse over the icon, its meaning will be displayed.
- The Enrollment Codes in the courses detail information let you know how you earned the credit.
4. Hide and Show Details
Requirements that have been completed will initially display with course details hidden. This is to allow you to focus on those requirements that are still Not Completed. If you'd like to see the details for completed requirements, just click on the expand triangle.
5. Course History Tab
- The Course History page includes a link to the Unoffical Transcript if that view is desired.
- The Sonoma Course History has info spread across two tabs to include a wide variety of course information.
- The Course History grid can be downloaded to EXCEL using the include icon. Be sure Pop Up Blocking is OFF.
- You have the ability to sort your Course History by any field on the page. For example, you could sort by Requirement Designation.
6. External Credit Tab
- Provides summary of external credit from all schools, tests and other sources
- Transfer Course Detail lists Institution, Term, Course Number, Title, Units and Grade incoming courses
- SSU equivalency information indicates SSU course you are being credited with
