Summer Orientation
is your first step towards graduation!

SUMMER ORIENTATION is designed specifically for you, the admitted first-time freshman, to prepare you for a successful transition to university life at SSU. There will be a variety of activities as well as opportunities to make new friends and connections to campus. Summer Orientation provides individual attention, social interaction and information about University services and programs, expectations, graduation requirements, the General Education Program, and department requirements. You'll have an opportunity to meet with faculty and advisors, receive academic advising and complete the first step of your transition by registering for your fall semester classes.
