NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION & FAMILY PROGRAMS

Welcome First-Time Freshmen

Summer Orientation is your first
step toward graduation!

SUMMER ORIENTATION is a required two-day program for all first-time freshmen. Students attend an Orientation session specifically designated for their major so that they can receive specific advising and meet other students with whom they will be taking classes. Students also spend the night in the Residential Halls with roommates to get the feel of what it's like to live on campus. All the sessions take place in June, so it is essential that students plan vacation and work schedules accordingly.

Orientation sessions fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your seat as soon as possible!

Follow the navigation bar on the left to learn what the requirement are, how to sign up, session dates, what to bring, what to expect.

Fees and refund policies are also explained, as are parental accommodations, where to check-in, etc.

See you this June!
