Here at Sonoma State the Mission Of R.S.A is to put on activities for the residential community. Every Year R.S.A is given an annual budget. Most of the budget (about 3/4 or more go directly to planning events.) R.S.A holds 3 major events a year: Safe Trick-o-Treat, Casino Nite, and Luau.
