The Retail Management Development Internship Program gives you an in-depth look at the business of retail and successful completion prepares you for a future career.
Are you a senior in college looking to build your career in retail? The Nordstrom Retail
Management Development Internship Program may be the perfect fit.

hardworking team players. As a Nordstrom intern, you'll receive mentoring and training in
the exciting world of fashion -- and first hand experiences you won't find in the classroom.
During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to:
• Learn from our experienced, dedicated people who bring the Nordstrom experience to life
• Gain hands-on experience by selling to and serving our customers
• Participate in sales and customer service events
• Gain exposure to a variety of management responsibilities
You'll also earn a competitive wage and receive an employee merchandise discount. And
-- upon successful completion of the internship program -- you'll be offered an assistant
manager or salesperson position, depending upon availability and your preferences.
