Alaniz Marketing is seeking an energetic and self-starting individual with a positive attitude to join our team as an Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant.  We operate in a fast paced environment that requires a quick learner and independent problem solver.  Our team provides media, web, and PR services to a variety of clients in the healthcare, finance, solar energy, and professional sports industries. 

The primary responsibility of the position is to manage and organize our media billing and to work with our bookkeeper and partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency of our bookkeeping.  The secondary responsibility of the position is to provide general office administration and assistance to our marketing team.

Job Duties:
• Participate in the Development of Accounting Systems and Procedures
• Interact with our President, Managing Partner, CPA and Bookkeeper
• Organization and Tracking of Media Billing
• QuickBooks Data Entry
• Writing and Office Administration
• Provide Support to Marketing Team
• Reception & Phones

Job Requirements:
• College Degree or Incoming Senior with Accounting Major or Equivalent
• Previous Internship or Relevant Work Experience Preferred
• QuickBooks Knowledge is Required, Experience Preferred
• Proficient with Mac and MS Office
• Must be Detail Oriented, Highly Organized, and Dependable


Start Date: Immediately
Hours:  3 Days and 15-20 Hours Per Week, Flexible Hours
Salary:  Based on Experience
Term:  3 months (with opportunity for hire at end of term)
