Position Description:
The Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP) is a two-year development program in which new college hires gain leadership and technical skills through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience. BCFP participants rotate through six different positions during the two-year program. By working across numerous organizations within Boeing, participants gain unique insight into business operations and are exposed to a variety of business functions, including, but not limited to, Financial Planning, Accounting, Contracts, Business Operations, Estimating and Pricing, Financial Operations, Supplier Management, Procurement Financial Analysis, and one business elective. Upon completion of the program, participants are equipped with the leadership and functional skills required to excel in a variety of roles across The Boeing Company. Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Are you graduating with a Bachelor's Degree or five-year consolidated Bachelor's/Masters Degree between August 2013 and June 2014?

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job Related Information:
Eligible candidates must be graduating with a Bachelor's Degree or five-year consolidated Bachelor's/Masters Degree between August 2013 and June 2014. Degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting or other analytical fields are preferred; however, other degrees may be considered. A cumulative GPA of 3.5 is preferred. The BCFP is an Enterprise-wide program, located in: Puget Sound (Northwest), Southern California & Mesa (Southwest), St. Louis (Midwest) and Philadelphia (East).
